The BenchK “711” wall bars with pull-up bar can be mounted on the wall, making them suitable for a host of different fitness exercises – ideal for pull-ups and for stretching. Not only the pull-up bar but also the oval beechwood rungs (30×40 mm) make for an efficient workout. The system can also be used as a barbell rest during your barbell workout: just hang the pull-up construction upside down.
