These wall bars offer you an extraordinary number of training options: stretching, abdominal exercises and sit-ups whilst hanging, supported squats, calf lifts, dips, and push-ups with or without support. Advanced users can use them to perform muscle-ups (if the ceiling height allows it) and human flags. By attaching resistance bands, you can further expand the range of possible exercises: strengthen your hands and legs using various pulling and pushing movements. Gymnastic rings can also be attached with ease thanks to the protruding upper rungs – allowing you to train using your own body weight.
