Securing cords attached to the built-in folding bar ensure safe training, and automatically reel themselves in when folding the bar back up. The NOHrD wall bars with foldout bar are available with either 10 or 14 rungs and provide a variety of different-angled grip positions for stretching and body-weight exercises.
